Helpful information and support for those dealing with prostate cancer. Spouses are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Knit Well
A unique way to cope with the stress of cancer and other life obstacles. Knowing how to knit is not required – we’ll teach you! Please bring your knitting needles and yarn.

Starting Chemotherapy
An opportunity to ask questions and learn what to expect before starting treatment.

Exercise Class
Yoga
A free class for people living with cancer. The instructor will guide you through gentle yoga poses intended to help you stretch and relax. You will never be asked to do more than is comfortable for you. Please bring your yoga mat and wear loose, comfortable clothing.
