The support groups and exercise classes of Mid Valley Cancer Care Community have recently moved to the Salem Cancer Institute. There is no charge for these services.

Mondays, 10:00 - 11:15am
Led by Ivan Fernandez, LMT
Instructor will guide you through gentle yoga poses intended to help you stretch and relax. You will never be asked to do more than is comfortable for you. Please bring your own yoga mat and wear loose, comfortable clothing.
