Certified breast self exam instructors from the Salem Cancer Institute will provide information and demonstrate the technique on silicone breast models.
Participants will have the opportunity to practice on the models and receive feedback. Early detection of breast cancer is the key to survival.
Breast self exam goes hand in hand with a yearly mammogram and clinical breast exam.
